All orders are shipped via Canada Post. 

Orders shipped to USA are delivered by USPS (United States Postal Service).

When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an additional email confirming your order has been shipped, plus the tracking number.

We strive to get our orders out as soon as possible. We process and ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them, Monday-Friday.

All orders made on Friday, and over the weekend, will be processed the following Monday.

The current average delivery time in Canada is 2-7 business days, and USA is 3-7 business days.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed in transit, have an incorrect address, or if you weren’t present for delivery or failed to pick up your package from the post office.

If you request the postal delivery person to leave your package at your door or somewhere on your property or delivery location, you do so at your own risk.

We are not responsible for packages that are stolen, lost, or damaged before or after delivery.

Once your package is scanned into Canada Post system, it is their responsibility to deliver it to you. Should there be a problem, please contact Canada Post or USPS.

We ship to the following countries:

We process and ship all international orders within 24-48 hours of receiving your order, Monday-Friday.

We ship internationally via Canada Post and your local shipping company.

The cost for shipping is calculated at checkout.

Due to Covid-19 pandemic and social distancing there can be delays in postal delivery. The current average delivery time for international orders is 10-14 business days.

The shipping charges does not include VAT, regional taxes, duties, or customs fees.

You are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and duties once the shipment arrives in your destination country.

WRONG ADDRESS

  • Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • Once an order ships out we cannot make any changes or corrections to the shipping address.
  • If you entered the wrong shipping address, we’ll need to wait for the parcel to be returned to us before issuing a store credit (minus the shipping fees for returning the package to us).
  • You are responsible for the shipping fees to return the package to us.
  • If you choose to have the package reshipped to the correct shipping address, you will need to pay the shipping fees.
  • We are not responsible for a package being lost or stolen due to an incorrect shipping address.
