Great article. I had to stop eating all fruit and most vegetables. My face would break out so bad. It wasn’t your regular type of acne either. It was cystic acne. Painful. Once I stopped eating fruits and most vegetables my face cleared up. Sad part is I love to eat all vegetables. I now eat grains, dairy and some meats, poultry plus beans and my face is clear. It’s just insane. I’m still coming to terms about this not being able to eat fruit and most vegetables. I make homemade yogurt and it’s also helped w/my intestinal issues. Everyone’s body is surely different. And I’ve lost the extra pounds I was holding onto once I switched to eating less fruit and vegetables. Some people might be dealing with hereditary fructose intolerance or fructose intolerance, which both can hinder your body from not functioning properly. It just depends on your overall internal body functions.

After reading some of Nathasha’s blogs, she mentioned this eye cream as being one of her favorites. I am 54 years old, going thru menopause and on top of that I live in a very dry climate so I was looking for an eye cream for fine lines, dryness around the eye, etc. This product delivered! I love this eye cream and will continue to use it. A little goes a long way which I also love. And my undereye concealer goes on smooth since I’ve started using this eye cream.

I try all the zinc sunscreens I mean all of them, I ended up using a zinc stick, until I found ultraviolette lean screen mineral mattifying, it has 22.75 % Zinc oxide, but the best it feel like you don't have anything on the skin and goes well under make up and is matte, I am in the UK so I could not buy the USA brands you recommend, also I had multiple holidays in the sun and my melasma didn't got dark, I wish all to heal your melasma,

This is my favorite face oil. It feels and smells so good on my skin. My sister lives in England and bought me this as a gift. I fell in love and am so glad more places in the states are carrying it. It’s very calming on my dry and sensitive skin. It has calmed my redness and has never caused breakouts. In fact my skin has never been more clear. I use it at least once everyday. I truly love this product.

Hi there,
I’m sorry if this has already been addressed, but should I not wash my face at all with any product other than water in the mornings?

I’m 34 years old, male. I’m already vegan, loaded with fruits and veggies. I never had these tiny bumps literally everywhere since I came off of accutane a couple of years ago. My derm and I have tried everything apart from cosmetic procedures which she wants to try, and I’m reluctant. My skin has been terribly dry ever since coming off the medication, I used to have very oily skin. Living in Colorado doesn’t help that. Currently I used CeraVe benzoyl peroxide “BP” in the morning and then the “hydrating facial cleanser.” At night. The “BP” is because I do get breakouts especially in my facial hair and eyebrows. I won’t go through my whole skin care routine because it will stress you out haha. But I exfoliate now with just a gentle cetaphil cleanser twice/week but the dead, dry skin remains. So I’m looking forward to trying the washcloth method. I’m also a flight attendant who uses tretinoin so I ask for it, but I’m hoping this face washing method comes in and saves the day!
